HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
We try our best to get orders out as soon as possible. However, it can take between 2-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process an order. During this time we pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipping.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
After weāve shipped the order, it can take between 1-7 business days for the shipping carrier to get your package to you. On average we see orders arrive to customers in 3 to 5 business days. Once the order is shipped, youāll be receiving a tracking number by email. Sometimes it gets lost in the spam box, so donāt forget to check!
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?
